Established in 2021, Cara Pomeranz, Architect LLC (CPALLC) embodies a deep passion for architecture. We excel in design, visualization, collaboration, and effective communication; delivering projects that exceed expectations. We focus on building lasting relationships and we view every interaction as an opportunity to enhance the project experience.

Today, CPALLC offers comprehensive architectural services, specializing in residential, commercial, and science and technology practice areas. Leveraging our extensive New England network, we assemble tailored teams for specific project needs.

CARA L. POMERANZ
President & Principal Architect
Cara (AIA, LEED AP, NCARB) is an architect dedicated to serving her professional and personal communities. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, cum laude, in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon graduation, she was honored to receive two of the institute’s most prestigious awards, the Unsung Hero Award and the President’s Award.
Passionate about design, drawing and building, Cara is enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to her clients. With over 15 years of practice in the profession, Cara has experience in the small and grand scales of both budget and project size. During her career she has been described as responsive, nimble, and instrumental in the design and construction process. In the professional environment she can wear many hats and fosters an atmosphere of camaraderie and collaboration in anything she is involved with.
When she is not managing her practice she is dedicated to a life of volunteerism and mentorship. In the past she has served as an AIA RI Director, ACE Mentor, visiting guest critic and thesis advisor for Wentworth Institute of Technology and Suffolk University. Currently she is serving a five-year term as a member of the Town of Barrington RI Zoning Board. She lives in Barrington, Rhode Island with her husband, Josh, two children, Emmie and Jameson, and her dog, Odin.
CHELSEY BRENNAN
Senior Architectural Designer
Chelsey (LEED AP) is an architectural and graphic designer. She received her Bachelor of Architecture, Magna cum Laude, from Roger Williams University. On graduation she was awarded the prestigious AIA Henry Adams Medal for general excellence in architecture throughout her studies.
Surrounded by architecture and construction her whole life as the daughter of a custom home builder, her varied background also includes healthcare, higher education, and technology-driven laboratory spaces. Both big-picture and detail-oriented Chelsey finds joy in creating functional and beautiful spaces for clients to enjoy.
Currently living outside Boston with her husband, two daughters and an overly-friendly chocolate lab Chelsey enjoys spending time at the beach, playing tennis and renovating their home.
GARRETT DOIDGE
Architectural Designer
Garrett Doidge is an Architectural Designer at CPALLC. He received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Roger Williams University. With three years of experience in the architecture field, Garrett approaches each project as a practical application of creative ideas, combining thoughtful design with problem-solving to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Garrett’s passion for architecture began at an early age through his love for LEGO—whether assembling new creations or taking apart old ones to build something
entirely different. That early fascination with creating and reimagining structures sparked his interest in
architecture and continues to inspire his hands-on, inventive approach to design today.
Outside of work, Garrett enjoys making and building things of all kinds, from 3D printing to building computers and assembling custom keyboards. He lives in Cranston, Rhode Island, where he enjoys relaxing with friends and family.
HANA L. FOX
Multidisciplinary Designer
Hana Fox, a cum laude graduate from Northeastern University, is the Design Coordinator at CPALLC. With a major in art and a minor in English, she brings a creative and solution-oriented approach to the team. Hana's diverse experience spans film, photography, painting, gardening, and now architecture.

In her role as Design Coordinator at CPALLC, Hana wears many hats, showcasing her versatility and adaptability as well as her love for spreadsheets. Her ability to seamlessly blend her artistic flair with practical problem-solving skills makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond her professional commitments at CPALLC, Hana is an accomplished photographer, specializing in real estate, weddings, headshots, and self-portraits. Looking to the future, Hana aspires to apply her diverse talents and new learned architectural knowledge to becoming an art director in the film industry. Residing in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Hana shares her home with a vibrant collection of plants, reflecting her love for nature and design aesthetics.
